Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Peachy software. It provides a license to use the Peachy software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. If you register for a free trial of the Peachy software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Peachy software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement. If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement. This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Peachy herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Peachy updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. By using Peachy, and any of the services brought to you by Peachy, you agree to the following community guidelines:

Bullying, harassment, or otherwise unlawful, or unwelcome contact with anyone on the app is strictly against the Community Guidelines and will not be tolerated.

Nudity, graphically explicit media, and any other objectionable content is not allowed to be publicly displayed on Peachy.

Any form of non-human users such as bots, pets, aliens, or inter-dimensional life forms are not allowed on Peachy.

Exceptions for Inter-dimensional life forms, and aliens can be negotiated if lives depend on it.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Peachy.

Violating these community guidelines will result in being banned from using Peachy.

Since Peachy is designed to be used by adults, content moderation is community based with automated assistence. Reporting posts, and blocking users all factor in to whether a user is automatically banned or not. Getting un-banned will result in manually contacting the Peachy team. Purchasing a Peachy subscription will result in a payment charged to your iTunes account. Your iTunes account will be charged a renewal fee unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the subscription renewal. Auto renewal may be disabled at any time by going to your settings in the iTunes Store after purchase. Peachy membership starts at $5.99 USD/month, and can be purchased as a yearly plan for $51.99 USD/year. Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S. and are subject to change without notice. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription subscription period. Peachy does not have a free subscription plan.

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Peachy. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
